Simon: Hi! I'm Simon from Blue Springs, Missouri. I'm curious, what kind of stretches can I do to help my back after I play golf? Ryan Andrews: That's a good question Simon. Now, if your back is hurting after you golf, you need to take a more proactive approach. Do what's called a dynamic warm-up before you hit the Tee box. You can do things like high knees, walking lunges, torso twists, anything like that, anything that actives those torso muscles will help to prevent low back pain after you get done golfing.
