Brian: Hi! I'm Brian from St. Petersburg, Florida. I was curious of what's better to stretch before or after our running workout?

Colleen Greene: Brian, it's great to stretch, you need to stretch at the beginning or the end of the workout it depends on what you're pull are. If you are intending to increase or at least maintain your flexibility, you should be stretching at the end of your workout because that's when you're -- the most warmed up you can be and so you can push the stretch a little bit. If you're not looking at increasing your flexibility, if you're just looking at worming up, you can do some stretches at the beginning of you're workout. But do remember, don't bounce and don't press too hard.
