Doris, I understand you want to use a replacement for sugar, and you know what a great replacement for that is going to be splendid. It actually measures one cup to cup. So you’re brand new pickling spice recipe goes as follows: vinegar, water, our splendor, not sugar, celery seed, coriander seed, mustard seeds, all spice, crushed bay leaves, some cardamom, a few red pepper flakes, one cinnamon stick and salt.
We’re simply going to bring this to a boil and boom! We’re finish. All right, Doris so how easy that came together. Took literally, almost just bring it to a boil and you’re done.
Now that we’ve got it what you want to do with it? Let’s make some sweet pickles, so let’s take it off the burner. Pour into our amazing jar with our pickles in there. Be sure to sterilize that jar. We’re simply going to put a cover on it. Once it hit room temperature we’re going to finish it in the refrigerator let it cool down. Wait the day comeback and try them out.
