Sugar Intake and Headaches

Uriel Lopez: Hello my name is Uriel Lopez, I'm from Riverside, California, and I wonder why you get a head ache, when you are eating sugar?

Robert Kaniecki: Uriel the problem is not the sugar it self but it is the excess in sugar, we find that patients with head ache, really do better with moderation, whether its sleep balance or meal balance or exercise and then same thing goes to for sugar. We find individually artificial sweetness tendering more problematic than sugar itself. So aspartame or sucrine can actually trigger the head ache, but its rare for sugar you do so, sugar is in fruits and starches and circulate those are not necessarily food stuffs that often sugar had expert, sugar in excess so over doing it or hypoglycemia, hunger that goes unattended certainly can both trigger the attacks.
