Thanks for checking out fixmyrecipe.com, Chef Billy Parisi. New fix goes to Rachel of Dallas, Texas, submitted a recipe for wings, needs a couple of quick fixes. Don't worry Rachel, we're going to hook you up.
Rachel, I am going to make two different sauces for your wings, give you a few options for your party. But before we do, we need to cook up our wings, don't forget to grease that pan and season with salt and pepper. Once everything is seasoned up, we're going to go in the oven on a scorching 450 degrees for about 25 minutes. While the wings are baking in the oven, we're going to do two different types of sauces.
Here is first one, we're going to do a few different types of hot sauces, a little bit of A1, and some apple cider vinegar to offset the heat from those sauces, and for a little sweetness, brown sugar. Let's go ahead and get this heated up on the burner and get cranking on our second sauce.
Alright, this sauce is going to be a little bit of Asian style, we're going to Sriracha sauce, chilli and garlic sauce. We're going to offset all that heat with a little bit of honey, and some soy. And for a little lemon flavor, we're going to add in some fresh cut cilantro. And just like the other sauce, we're going right back to the burner.
And to add a little body to the sauces, we're going to add in one stick of butter each and scroll it right in. Alright, the wings are done cooking, our sauces are finished. Let's go ahead and separate the wings, add each sauce to them. Then we're going to have to get a taste.
Rachel, these wings came together just perfect and more importantly, very easily, you can do this. Try them both, I know your guests are going to be more than happy. Rachel, once again thanks so much for writing this in. I don't think there is a game on but I got to try to find one because I cannot wait to eat this. Come back tomorrow, see our new featured fix of the day.
