Surfer on Acid Cocktail Drink Recipe

A drink I am going to show you how to make now is called Surfer on Acid.

So we are going to take this drink, we are going to use our Boston shaker. I am going to put ice in my mixing cup and the recipe calls for ¾ of an ounce of Jägermeister which is made from—I can never remember—56 or 57 different ingredients. I have never had it but people tell me it tastes like cough medicine. Only you can decide that. So we are going to use ¾ of an ounce of our Jägermeister. Then we are going to use ¾ of an ounce of our coconut rum, so it is rum that is flavored with coconut. And the last thing that we are going to do is we are going to put in a little splash of pineapple juice. We do not need too much, just a little bit to give it a little bit of a flavor. And we are going to serve this drink in one of our small, any rock glasses—a short rock glass.

Let us shake it up, let us get it nice and cold. Zap it and there we have it! Surfer on Acid.
