Now here we've got another two-on-one situation and this time he has got somebody in front that double-handed chokehold and we have got a bearhug taking in either arms from behind here. The chokehold, we learned how to deal with that earlier in isolation. So let's look at the bearhug first. So the bearhug, there is a number of ways to get out of this attack. In isolation, if it seems to happen, John would be throwing his head back, head back with his headbutt, stumping on feet, kicking down, he might be bringing his heel up into the groin, lots of different ways to releasing from the grip.
But we are going to add on a couple of different angles to it. In the back of the hand, there is a nerve point right in the center. So if you imagine the fist as a square from the knuckle to the wrist and from the edge of the hand to the thumb. Go and smack that in middle of that square is the nerve point. It's going to help you. So from there, we are going to use the bony part of the knuckle to get into that nerve point. So from here, as he attacks in, John is going to clench his fist, get a bony part of the knuckle into the center of the hand into that nerve point bring it, put the hand over the top, give that some power. Get that in there.
As he is doing that, as soon as he feels that weakening, he is going to throw his arms forwards and draw his hips backwards which effects as escape. Let's do it again. So the grip is in there, the fist of bony part and knuckle goes into the nerve point. Arms flowing forward, hips flowing back, so you've got twin forces. Again, twin forces creating an escape for you.
Let's look at it in a two-on-one situation there. So the chokehold is on and his arms are into that bearhug there. If we look at these now, he can't use his arms to get out of this chokehold, so he is going to use the fist kick that we have looked at earlier. So the first kick comes in, drives the attacker backwards effects to release. The bearhug escape then into that nerve point; arms going forward, hips going back and he is there.
Let's look at it again. Drive through with the first kick, into the nerve point, arms forward, hips back, either way. Again, worst case scenario; if he is got a standing fight. His opponent is on again probably on a one-on-one situation. He has got first kick but I think they are going to be there to chase him. So let's look at it one more time. Again, the two-on-one situation dealt with the very simple easy to learn techniques.
