Speaker: How to make a sushi roll. Place a sheet of seaweed shiny side down. Spread a handful of rice evenly over the seaweed with wet hands. Flip the sheet over so the seaweed is on top. Line the fish and vegetables in the center of the seaweed. Place thumbs under bamboo mat. With remaining fingers roll the mat over the center. Gather and push the ingredients into the roll as you are finishing.
