The first technique is a Double Handed Circular Effleurage, I use counter clock wise circles. This technique can also be done from the other side.

Next technique is called Raking. You spread your fingers and draw the hand towards your body. You can do this technique on the ties on the hips and on the buttocks.

In the first video, I showed the Circular Friction with the fist. Here is an alternative to that technique is circular friction, using the knuckles can also do compression movements, and always use the other hand to support the hip and to create some counter pressure.

I usually finish up the buttock massage with some Shaking movements. This movement can be done on the ties on the hip and on the buttocks. Shaking movements can release deep tension increase the circulation and relax the buttocks area.
