Sweet Banana-Chocolate Treat Recipe Ingredients for 2 servings: 4 small to medium sized bananas 1 teaspoon carob 1 teaspoon cacao nibs lemon basil Optional: If this smoothie seems too thick, add some ice - this is also a great addition if you want to enjoy your smoothie cold. Experiment with lemon basil. Add only a few leaves at first. If you like the way it tastes, you can always add more leaves and blend for a few more seconds. You need:
-tall glass and
-stick blender or blender / smoothie maker

Ingredients:
4 bananas
Carob powder - 1 teaspoon
Cacao nibs - 1 teaspoon
Lemon basil - 1 sprig

Optional ingredient:
A few ice cubes or some shaved ice

Procedure:
1. Blend the ingredients until smooth
2. Serve and enjoy!
