COUGH INTO YOUR ELBOW - NOT YOUR HAND. THAT'S EVEN BETTER... I'm a nurse aide, and even the bigwig for the Health Department said it. We watched a video on it "Why don't we do it in our sleeves?" all about sneezing & coughing into our elbows instead of our hands/tissues... Ahh h-I'm just sayin.

You've all been hearing a lot about the Swine Flu outbreak in the news lately and we want to make sure you have all the information you need to stay safe. First, the Swine flu spread just like any other flu, person-to-person contact, or by touching something with the virus on it. In order to protect yourself, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, Throw the tissue in the garbage, Do not leave it lying around. Wash your hands often with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizers. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Try to avoid close contact with sick people. If you do get sick, stay home from work or school and finally, remain calm and don't panic. Use your common sense and stay informed by going to the doctorstv.com.
