Mike Foley: Hi! I am Mike, and this is Tina and we are with Head Over Heels Dance and Fitness. And we are showing you basic swing dancing. And now we are going to show you a simple Jitterburg routine that shows all of the moves that we have learned this far.
And it would look like this. We do a basic Jitterburg, triple step, triple step. We will do a send out turn, triple, triple, try left side turn, triple step, triple step, and a right side turn, triple, we will pull it back into closed position, triple, triple, and now we can start all over again.
This time let's put a couple of basics in there and move around the room, triple step, triple step, all ready to go back and try the routine again. Triple step, we try a left side turn, triple, try right side on the wrong turn and now pull back to closed position, rock step and we can just do this over and over facing all kinds of different walls and rotating to our left and our right and of course you can do the basics as many times as you want and you can do any of those turns as many times as you want. Like there is a routine to start with so good luck with that.
Now that we have showed you some basic Jitterburg routine to work with, we are going to go on to learn a different style of the swing dancing, it's called the Charleston. And we will do that next.
