All of those moves can be done from the clinch and of course you have to distract the opponent before a grabbing. But he also connects or (bridges) the opponent before the grab which is something clinch fighters dont understand.

Dude that move is for like movies, it wouldn't work on the streets cause your fist are going to be clinched 100% of the time unless your going for a take down but still so body fights like that practice dummy

maybe not someone who has just learned the move but someone who has experience and practiced it would be able to perform the technique when the oppurtinity comes, not just looking for an opening so you can do this move

Not real fighitng. The rule is, NEVER grab anything first, NEVER use a lock or hold first, ALWAYS hit him first. So this teachnique is only that, a silly TECHNIQUE that would never work in the street.
