So, it is in breath, out, that is your opening movement. The eyes look ahead all the time never ever looks down or do not close your eyes. Now, give this next to movement in to your two parts left and right hand but both of course happen together.
Now, your left hand is going to come up and a way from your body as you breath in keeping the wrist in your center. Do not do this or just this never bend your elbow. See how the elbows so that must bent; keep them that much bent, which is, means you going to bring out to the front.

Notice that the elbows not up like this at anytime you must drop your elbows below your shoulders at all time. This keep your shoulders relax. The elbows will never be like this even when doing punches like this. The elbows are held down so that hand comes out and across your chest on an out breathe.
So, that is riding your center you notice the arm has not gone like this but the state that amount of been. See how it comes out and just across your chest it is a tiny matter bend of course that is not bend right like this you must protect your God in the saying of Chinese. So, the further widest hand is the more protection to have this and you have no protection. So, doing that move together or doing the both together now in breathe, out breathe, and in breathe, out.
