So, now we begin the complete Yang Cheng Fu Tai Chi to one Form. There is no easy way to do this, I found over the years through doing various things and I have always come back to traditional way of teaching her that is media standing in front of and doing it. So, if you are doing a movement like a pushing type movement it will never be like this ever. See anyone doing Tai Chi like this walk out of the class. It is a movement like this slowly releases Yang energy all the way through. This shape hand is called the Yin Shi Tang. It is now full of Yang energy it is opposite you are in the real work that you can do now.
Now, it is full of Yang energy that is a Yang shape. You are in real work in that shape hand now I can do is, that is so. It is called is your sleaze to fall down. This is by the way is a traditional Chinese suit. I have made for me from the China and they traditionally have this stupid sleeves the reason being that I did not want people to see what their hands are doing when they are doing their forms because keep in mind this the most deadly martial arts form of any martial arts ever invented.
So, when you buy or have this made, I have made by one of my friends mothers in China she made it in a traditional mode with extremely long sleeves and a little annoying at time so I thought I wear this traditional outfit. I do not use usually wear uniforms but for this video so I just wear it.
