Once again attack is to the face. Number five is of the same hand groove that is the right hand and right hand. What you have to do here if he holds very tightly is to bring your fingers over and simply poke or your stretch your fingers and poke in towards the chest wall. What I want you to do is poke his fingers towards his chest. Now follow up to that one is so as you are poking towards his chest, bang. You grab his other wrist. It comes with style. So that works like you just going to move here and let’s just grab it. In sixth palm you guys look opposite again, the second you grab.
Now you turn your palm over and you turn your body. Now if he holds it really tightly you can actually pull him off balance and put his neck out because it is such jerking. I just moved medium pace here. Like so once again it is the whole thing of turning your body and keeping your own in your suit, now the follow up to that one is that if you hold it really tightly you will break the whole. It comes through from that strike. Now the seventh, you can go from there. You grab it from behind. You take his hands like so. You just bring your both hands up and grab.
Now with most people over here is to get him moving with your own body. See that you are actually getting him moving. So I take his hands and simply throwing it on the ground of my body. Hold tightly and now of course you have got to re-attack from. Now if there is another way of doing this. I say grab. You can actually take his hands here. Take his hands and now as I pull away. I can pull my self right out underneath the whole that is made there and then reach his armor here. That of course will pull the shoulder straight out of the socket and that will flip him over and land him on his back.
Or you can say as you turning up here and coming with your knee etc. That is the same as a headlock. He grabs in you with a head lock. You got 15 punches to his head before he has got you. Always control his arm getting it out of the way and that gets back to this punching technique that we had earlier on with that bang, with control in the arm though. That does it on both sides of course as well. The last one is the step forward pairing punch it is trained from that posture in the form so what I am going to do is to punch and step forward with my left foot and my upper hand comes down and slides up his face.
It is sort of like that. So it is bang, you block his hand. Bang you damage his hand with the back of your fist and this ones is slides up to his face as your right foot comes in and kicks to his knee and he throws the other part and so immediately just step forward with your right foot this time and you are very good and kick to his knee and then back to the other side when you put your left foot down bang and again.
