My name is Hermione Gartner, I am 18 years old and I am a professional entertainer. I started playing the ukulele when I was five years old and I have not stopped since. One of Dan Host whose friends saw me playing on the streets of Waikiki and when Dan Host saw me play, he asked me to stay with his show, he was just like a huge warmth that anyone who is around him, you could feel his aloha.

I love to play different genres from rock, to pop, to classical and fuse them together. I love watching peoples’ faces and that is one of the reasons why I love playing. I get the whole super big eyes, what is happening and then the other times I get lips just come out to rub. When they come to Waikiki and they see all the performers on the street, they can see that Hawaii is actually a melting pot of different genres and different cultures of music. When I think of a color yellow, it reminds me of the golden sunsets that we have in Hawaii and when I see them, it makes me feel at peace and then I am so blessed you live in such a beautiful place.
