Indeed I find your recipes intriguing to say the least, I do not like that fact that this is a "how to" video yet your not explaining how to tis just a video with poor guitarist skills and you rushing to cut up your octopus. You did not explain that content of ingredients for the batter nor how to prepare it ..... what if someone did not know what those vegetable where ? or how to make sure octopus is fresh ect ect . Good day hope you can add subtitles or something as the recipes do sound great ta ta .
