Tantra Talk - Loving yourself

If you consider it, if you cannot love your self. And I don’t mean, you know that the word masturbate has got the slight majority of context, oh bad and wanker and, you know, there is something not real about it, or it is not the real deal. You know your body. If you cannot take your body to its absolute peaks of actual sexual physical delight. If you cannot take it there yourself, and also if you don’t love it or care for it enough that your touch is loving and that, you know, you can really evoke that and really delight in that in yourself. In a way, what business have tried to share something with someone else. When you have that capacity, you engage with the other. When the love is there, you are going to touch the lover. Now, if you are going to be doing that, wouldn’t it be really nice to touch the lover with an energy that you know what this energy is. You know what you are giving the lover. In a sense as your experiment as how to find that out then try that, try that touch to yourself. That can kind of you could set calm the mind a little bit into getting over that resistance of I can love myself. If you look at it, a little journey, don’t be selfish. It kind of starts there, if you are not selfish and if you are going to be caring for others et cetera, how dare you love yourself, how dare you take two hours, you yourself, by yourself, no one else, just for you and have bliss. You know, how dare you. That is the mind’s resistance. But you make a date with someone else for two hours, what about yourself? And even if you are engaging with a lover or not, what about you? In the movie “Blitz”, there is a point for the character and that has come to a certain level of realization with this and he is walking down the street. He passes someone, he says, “I love myself three times a day”. If you get there, then something is cooking man.
