Tasting Grey Goose
Dimi Lezinska: You want to try?
Female: Yeah I’m sure that’s a [Laughs]. I don’t know what I was thinking.
Dimi Lezinska: Because we’re talking so much, so much about it. All right okay so let me just put just a little bit of it here and some drinks are like pear. Is your pear your favorite fruit?
Female: It is one of my favorite fruits, yes I—
Dimi Lezinska: Fantastic. Okay before we try it [Foreign Language]
Francois Thibault [Foreign Language]
Dimi Lezinska: So before you try it what I’m going to say close your eyes.
Female: Okay.
Dimi Lezinska: So remember when you’re six, seven years old your mom went to the market and she got all those fruits and she goes into the kitchen table and she puts all those everyday and you were looking for this children, you know looking particularly for the pear but, the strawberry is just beneath the pot. So you have to move the pear off but as soon as you take the pear just bite and take it in your hand you can feel it’s soft. All right and you know what it means when you have a soft pear.
Female: That’s ready to eat.
Dimi Lezinska: Exactly. You know so you take it and you bite it and when you bite it what happens.
Female: Unfortunately you see (Inaudible) [Laughs]
Dimi Lezinska: Exactly yes, that’s exactly what happened.
Female: What happens?
Dimi Lezinska: Now what I wanted to say you know is just smell it with [[Foreign Language]
Female: I can smell it just you know from pouring it, it’s a –
Dimi Lezinska: Now see.
Female: Oh.
Dimi Lezinska: Just – isn’t it not exact same thing.
Female: It’s wonderful.
Dimi Lezinska: Absolutely wonderful! [[Foreign Language]
Francois Thibault: [Foreign Language]
Dimi Lezinska: So for this one he loves the way it is and I describe that because it really cannot teach you bad there and you completely can visualize this pear and you almost want to catch it.
Female: I have to confess not of us has a pear treed so I love pears. We go and pick them off the tree and eat all.
Dimi Lezinska: How is this? Is this the same thing?
Female: It’s very wonderful.
Francois Thibault: [Foreign Language]
Dimi Lezinska: So for Francois he is really happy because he is always very well captured the fresh of the pear but, you know it’s in harmony with the style of grape juice.
Female: Was it that wonderful we influence.
Dimi Lezinska: You got it. [Foreign Language]
Francois Thibault: [Foreign Language][
Dimi Lezinska: Do you want to bite this pear?
Female: Sure.
Dimi Lezinska: Okay but, what we going to do.
Female: Okay.
Dimi Lezinska: [Foreign Language]
Francois Thibault: [Foreign Language]
Dimi Lezinska: So you know these three parts that you need to take in consideration when you taste. This is the initial sensation is the volume in your mouth as well the persistence. There are a lot of people if they take it and they go very quick. When you do very quick you know you’re not particularly giving yourself the opportunity to enjoy and appreciating all these—the process.
Female: All the difference the front, the flow and the back.
Dimi Lezinska: Exactly. If you want to close your eyes again please do so.
Francois Thibault [Foreign Language]
Dimi Lezinska: [Foreign Language].
Female: It really does feel your mouth for the wonderful pear, I could just, and then there’s a little hint it’s like an almond and kind of like vanilla almond is an almond or vanilla. I can’t wait—
Dimi Lezinska: What you deposit and put it but we always get more and [Foreign Language]
Francois Thibault: [Foreign Language]
Dimi Lezinska: So here now it forces is the perfect just a harmony between the two because not one of them wants to dominate the other they just kind of walk along and just become this perfect match, you know and again I will say it’s very strong with the what force we had in another pastry at the beginning we try that pear and the thought was there and at the same time. You know you could feel that wonderful harmony between the two. It’s not just pear, it’s not just sweet, you know there’s a fantastic harmony between the two.
So if you had to put some words as to how to explain the tasting where it goes that is more than its sensation it’s a discovery.
Female: A discovery of that’s a great way to describe it, it is absolutely wonderful.
Francois Thibault: [Foreign Language]
Dimi Lezinska: [Laughs] About consulting. that’s good that’s it.
Female: Fabulous.
