Tech Review - Eagle Touch XP Wireless Keyboard and Optical Mouse
Hello again. My name is Rodney Reynolds and welcome to another video review. Today, I’m looking at the Eagle touch XP keyboard and optical mouse. What is included in this package are four double “A” batteries, software, a manual, a receiver, a mouse and the keyboard. Now let’s have a closer look at each part.
This is the receiver and at the front you get a number of different lights, low battery, office lock, number lock, caps lock and scroll lock and in the center is the receiver ID setting button and at the back is a channel switch. This is the channel that is going to work on the mouse and the keyboard and make sure when setting at either channel one or channel two that you have the keyboard and a mouse set to the same channel.
Now when connecting this you simply connect it into your computer’s PS2 port for the keyboard and the mouse. This wireless optical mouse has two buttons at the top, one right here, one right here, and the scroll button in the center and there’s also a button right here.
At the bottom right here is the ID setting button. This is the optical part of the mouse and this is where the two double “A” batteries get housed and right down here is the channel switch. This keyboard has all the regular keyboard keys as well as the number pad but it has a whole bunch of other buttons that I will go into in just a second. This keyboard also comes with the rest right here which just goes snap out to the keyboard.
Now at the back of the keyboard is where the batteries get housed, again two double “A” batteries go right here and right here is the channel switch. At the left hand side of the keyboard is a scroll wheel, a back and forward button and in this area right here is the close application switch mark, copy, paste, cut and office lock button as well as help, new, open and save button. At the center top of the keyboard is a number of buttons right here for launching programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar. Over here we have backward, forward, stop, the internet, email, favorite, refresh and the search button and on this area is the previous track, play or pause, volume increase or decrease, next track and stop.
And down right here are a number of other buttons, replace, spell, undo, redo, reply, reply to all, forward, and send and finally a sleep, power, My computer, calendar and log off button. This product looks great and has good tack to response on both the keyboard and the mouse and you just use a secure 27 megahertz digital RF technology that’s good up to around six feet.
Over all this product has great value. Again my name is Rodney Reynolds and this has been another video review be sure to check back very soon and I’ll have a brand new one for you.
