Hello again! My name is Rodney Reynolds and welcome to another video review. Today I'm looking at the V-Tech XRAY Mid Tower Case.
At the front of the case there's this green light and the door which opens and the top fiber quarter inch drive bay is even accessible when the door is closed. Now you can see here that this light does take up two 5 1/2 inch drive bays. However, if you need them, it’s easily removed in a few seconds. Right here is the 3 1/2 inch drive bay. The power button, reset button, the hard drive LED and the power LED are right here. There's a grill right here and behind that you can install two optional 80 millimeter fans. At the very bottom here, we have a gate which opens and houses two USB ports, a microphone and a headphone’s jack.
The X theme of this case is carried through even on the side of the case. You can see there is a window here and an LED fan. At the back of the case, at the very top there is a 400 watt power supply included. You could install an optional two 80 millimeter fans right here. They do include an I/O shield plate and right here is where your sound card, video card and so on and so forth would be going through once you have the motherboard installed.
One thing that that I would have like to have seen are a few thumbscrews. It would have made it a lot easier to get the side panels off. As I mentioned a the beginning of the video review at the very top there are four or five and quarter inch drive bays and one external 3 1/2 inch drive bay. However there are another five internal 3 1/2 inch drive bays right here. The normal cables are included that lead to the front of the case for the power LED, the hard drive LED, the reset switch, the power switch and so on. And in this particular case you have these USB cables, this go plugged into your motherboard and then lead to the front of the case. The motherboard tray in this particular case unfortunately is not removable.
This case comes with a window on the side as well as a fan. You’ve got a power supply already included. You’ve got lots of space to put optional fans in it and lots of drive bays. Overall, this case has great value. Again, my name is Rodney Reynolds and this has been another video review. Be sure to check back very soon, I will have a brand new one for you then.
