I want to show you a few Warm Up Techniques for the shoulder neck area. I show this technique in slow motion because it is a little bit easier to follow and to see the techniques.

First of all, you use a little bit of oil or lotion and applied evenly on the skin on to the skin of the shoulder area. Then start with alternating single handed needing or also the slight superficial rubbing like all the kneading using the alternating hands. It is very good for the warm up, then you can use some light double handed kneading and of course the traditional Effleurage.

There are two different ways of doing this like one, you just use your hands on the shoulder area the; second, one is see here where I also left my thumb slide up all the way to the skull along the spine of the neck. Normally, it is good to deal with the shoulders and the neck at the same time cause there are so closely connected.
