The Forehand Grip

Okay, Let’s get started with the forehand grip and the ready position. The ready position, place your feet, shoulder width apart with a little bit of weight on your knees, okay. Take your left hand and hold your racquet up, and if you are left handed, do the opposite, and take your right hand and place it on the racquet face and slide it down through the racquet throat to the racquet grip, and therem you have your forehand grip and you have your ready position.
