Colleen Greene: Well, I have a question for you Mark. What are you doing at your desk for eight hours a day? Push back from your desk, two, three times a day, give yourself a little bit of a break, even two to three minutes, push back, take a little breath, relax, see what muscles have been tensed.
A lot of times when we're working on our computers, we tense up here, relax it down, do a mind-body awareness break, take a few stretches, another deep breath, and then you'll be reinvigorated to start back on the job.
