Thai steamed fish with chillie

Speaker: How to make Thai steam fish with chili lime sauce? I have here catfish about 2 pounds. You can use catfish or Sawai or Goad or salmon even. And for the ingredients, I have two tablespoon of fish sauce, two tablespoon of lime juice, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of chopped garlic and one teaspoon of chopped chili. How to start? Just add all the ingredients together. Makes smell, looks good and set aside. We need an aluminum steamer. I have bought it from Asian market for $15. One thing about this steamer, you can steam your buns, your fish or your vegetables or almost anything. It helps you a lot of time as well as coming handy and everybody knows that steaming is good for your health. In your steamer, when your water is boiled and add your second stage steamer and of course, put in your fish in middle and you want to steam this for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the fish is done, just pour down the sauce on top. You want to steam it for another 2 minute. This is your Thai steam fish with chili lime sauce.
