Many things, such as directions, colors or that of organs, shapes and even our individual energies based on our birth date is categorized under the 5 elements.

Like the words for sun and moon, not only do the images of the word stimulate are subconscious visually. But very often, Chinese words are homonyms with double meanings. For example, the word for fish in Chinese is “yu” which is also the homonym for abundance. That is why the fish is a very popular symbol in mental stimulation of generating wealth.
In Feng Shui, fish symbolizes Abundance & Vitality. Whether it is a live fish or painting, fish are best in auspicious numbers such as 6, 8 or 9.
The whole world is full of symbols. The smile represents happiness. The heart represents Love and these arrows represent recycling and Feng Shui, everything in our environment has a deeper meaning and influence on our subconscious. For instance, the artwork, lotus represents peace and harmony. In our environment, the location and the shape of a mountain, the position of an ornament or even the colors of our room, all have a special significance and influence on our behavior and our success in life.
