I am Steve Turano. Welcome to this episode of Body Performance. Today, I am going to give you the key characteristics that you must have in order to reach your weight loss goals. These are going to be much more important than any food I can tell you to eat or any exercise program I can tell you to do. They are effort you must afford some effort this stuff would not work unless you do. Consistency you got to do it on consistent basis, and I am not talking about once a year.
Everyday you have it consistently watch what you eat and incorporate your exercise program. Self discipline, you got to have enough self discipline to be able to walk by those great round donuts.
Perseverance, you have got to be able to persevere when times are tough and you do not feel like working out or you do not feel like controlling your diet or you are too tired you got to preserver. Patience, you have got to know you have got to have patience because this stuff does not happen quickly. Weight gain does not happen fast, weight loss does not happen fast.
And, finally and most importantly you got to have faith. Faith that you were doing is working. You may not see it on the scale, you mat not see in the mirror. You would not see it in a week, but you got to have faith and know that signs that you are incorporating will get you your goals.
Effort, consistency, self-discipline, perseverance, patience, and faith. Those are the six key concepts for characteristics of an individual who is going to reach there goals.
Love your body, I will see you next time.
