Kay Williams: Hello my name is Kay Williams. I am the owner of Weddings by Kay. We specialized in event planning. We’re actually going to talk about what food is best for wedding reception. What calls up? What is good for your guest? What are you happy with? What is durable for a wedding reception? Host: What are the benefits of a buffet style reception? Kay Williams: When you do buffet for any reception, it’s the best thing you probably can do if you want to save money because people can choose and pick what they want to eat from your menu that you have chosen. Usually you choose two entries and then you have side dishes for example rice or so we have potatoes. People are going to actually choose what they want. They maybe vegetarians so they might not want to eat the meat that you have so you need to be able to please—as a whole but if you want o be more eluent then you can have servers but buffet is for adult people who are trying to please everyone. You can pick and choose what you want to eat. And there’s enough—there is no limit to what you can eat.
