The Ban to Get Rid of Trans Fats

Dr. Sanjay Sharma: From New York City, it appears that the city-wide ban against trans fats is going well in New York City, most restaurants are already complying with the ruling before the July 1st deadline. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for putting calories on fast food menus. From Georgia, it appears that steroids have been found in the house of late professional wrestler Chris Benoit, while toxicology results are still pending, steroid use may have played a role in this tragic situation. Steroids are known to cause aggressive behavior to pressure and psychotic behavior.

From St. Louis, new research shows getting calcium from the diet maximum better than getting it from a pill. Researchers have shown that post menopause in women who get calcium from their diet actually have stronger bones and those who got it from a pill.
