So far, we have not talked at all about the F-factors. The F-factors being feet, face, and follow throw. Starting with the feet, every time we are going to shoot the ball, we want our left foot if you are right handed shooter, obviously opposite of your left-handed shooter, you want your left foot pointing at the target. So every time I am going to shoot the ball, my left foot is going to be forward and facing the target. That is the first F.
The second F is this, as you bounce the ball in our grip, which we have already talked about. Take the ball throw your face. That is the second F, right throw the face. And, as you shoot the ball, follow throw.
So your three Fs are foot, face and follow throw. And, you are going to find out if we do those things. You are going to make an awful lot of shots. Whenever you take the ball throw your face, your elbow is going to be in perfect position. So, it is foot work, it is face, and it is follow throw, okay? Left foot, face, follow throw, every shot.
