The Benefits of Dark Chocolate

Bruce Dan: Hi I'm Dr. Bruce Dan If you have bit down the candy island little while, what you find may surprise you dark chocolates seems take over the entire section, the reason is several recent studies so at least hinted at the fact it may has some health benefits.

Studies are shown that chocolate may improve the ability of blood vessels to dilate and relax that's a good thing. And If you do have a craving for chocolate you might want to head your bits and go for the dark variety, but remember moderations always the key when we are talking about a high calorie food and chocolates itself is no replacement for a good exercise and healthy diet and as per in day or any other way to protect your heart.
