The Benefits of Pregnancy

Melanie Raposo: Hi! Everybody I am Melanie Raposo and welcome to Mommy's Minute. We all know, the negative aspects of pregnancy like stretch marks and morning sickness. But here are five reasons why it's great to be pregnant.

First during your second trimester you have a higher likelihood of orgasm even multiple orgasms. Some experience their first orgasm during pregnancy. After birth some women have reported that their menstrual cramps are much less severe or have even have disappeared all together.

Pregnancy is also, a strong motivator for a healthy diet and creating a healthier life style for you and your family. Also when you are pregnant your sense of smelling taste are increased making food much more appetizing and flavorful.

Lastly, studies have confirmed that the more pregnancies you go through and the younger you start having children, the more your risk of breast and ovarian cancer is reduced.
