Colleen Greene: Well Patrick, there are lot of different exercises for both biceps and triceps. For biceps you may do a concentration curl, future curl or bicep curl with Supination. For triceps, a tricep kickback, a tricep extension or may be even bips, but the thing you want to remember Patrick is that muscle is contain is to excess fat we may have. So you also want to make sure you're doing cardiovascular exercise, so that you can actually see the definition of your muscles as you work them up.
