So now you have the interview. Make sure while you are answering their questions, not to answer by yes or no answers, but rather explain whenever possible. Show off the research that you have done on the company, make sure that they know that you are prepared for the job. Also, if they ask you anything unexpected, any unexpected questions, don't hesitate, take your time and it is okay to ask them to repeat the question. Finally, you do not want to ask them on the salary and on the benefits of the company unless and until they have given you an offer. End the interview by reminding them that you want the job in one of the next steps in following up.
