Speaker: Everyone wants abs, either big and blocky or sleek and slender, but we got this some where you are starting it is possible , you cant get sexy time abs, or you can go all out, those all of your body fat you go for that more extreme width look although you can spot reduce body fat, when you do loose it, it comes off your abs too, usually from the top down, so there are no excuses, this women is a mother of three, two by cesarean, and look at this guy he is a father of four, but to get abs quickly it helps to do the right exercise. Don't just do something because it looks good and just because somebody else can do something doesn't mean that you should or quit for that matter. A good point that's a pretty bad exercises, but here is one of the best, hanging hip lifts, which focuses on the lower abdominal region what ever you are doing your lower back, your abs contract and continue minimum of graduated activation in this case, from lower to upper, you cant totally isolate a specific region but you can focus on it ,and this exercises is phenomenal if you want to contract your abs from the bottom up, the key is to make this a slow and it deliberate as possible.
To workout abs and bones make sure your fully stretch the bottom and then don't focus and your knees coming up, but and your hips rotating coming up as high as possible, and tried to pause at the top, your abdominal muscles don't attach to your legs it attach to your hip bones, and if your abs are strong enough to rotate your hips upward in the top position. It's probably not even worth in doing this exercise, at least not here and if you start swinging you move them too quickly.
