Jaime: Hi, my name is Jaime from Ottawa, Ontario. I was wondering, what's a good sport for someone with bad knees?

Rebecca Demorest: So Jaime, the sports that we think of that help protects your knees or the non-impact sports. So impact sports require you to jump up of the ground or to land on your legs. So sports that don't require this such as swimming, biking, skating those are one that tend to be more knee protective, that if your knees do hurt when you run or jump you might want to try one of these other activities if they tend not to cause us much anything.
