The Bull Dodge for Lacrosse

When doing the bull dodge you simply want to out-strengthen and out-quicken your opponent. First, you want to setup your defender. By setting him up you want to take a hard step with your opposite foot, making him believe you are going to go to the left. By doing so, he then lunges to his right, opening the gate and allowing you to keep it in your strong hand and attack the goal. Bull dodge in full speed, bull dodge.
