The Daily Dosage of Vitamin D Per Day

In my opinion I think that all adults and women in particular should be taking at least a 1000 international unit supplement as well as a multi-vitamin containing 400 units of vitamin D and getting a calcium supplement or drinking milk that’s containing another 400 to 600 units of vitamin D. So, in combination to getting about 2000 units of vitamin D a day, they’re getting about what they need.
