Female: Hi everyone, welcome back to another high five Friday. I am Sarah and I am a little bit under the weather today. The number one accessory I feel naked without is my cell phone. Now, most people carry it around with them 24/7 so why not use it as a trick to help you lose weight. So here are top five way your cell phone can help you stay slim.
Coming in at number five is the cell phone diet. There are various websites that have a service that allow you to take pictures with your cell phone of what you are eating and then you send it to them. They email you back a few days later with an analysis and advise from a nutritionist of course basically telling you if you are drinking too much soda or if your portions are too large. Obviously there is a fee for this service but they also have an option where you can use it for free but they do not send you back the analysis. Basically, it is just like an online food diary of pictures of your food.
Next up at number four, if you prefer to have more control over what is logged into your food diary, you can download an application to your cell phone that allows you to log individually what your intake is and then it also has a calorie counter so this way you never have to try and remember what you ate a couple of hours ago because you always have your cell phone on you and you could just log it right into your cell phone. If you do not want to download the application, you can use your notes and your calculator.
Our number three makes getting out of work on time a piece of cake. Simply make an appointment in your cell phone calendar when you plan to workout and set a reminder. If you set the reminder the same as your ring tone if you are in a discussion with a coworker at the end of the day and you are really itching to get out, simply when it goes off, pretend it is one of your friends. Hello, my gosh, I will be right there, do not worry and tell your coworker, I am sorry, I really have to go, can this wait till tomorrow morning, then you are out the door and you do not miss your workout.
Rounding down to number two, is to watch fitness videos on your cell phone. All you need is internet service of Vcast phone from Verizon or an Iphone and you can watch fitness videos right in your hand. This makes it super easy to follow along at the gym and you do not have to try and remember what each exercise move is when you are watching these videos at home on your computer.
