Raena Morgan: You talk about Bioflavonoids, Diosmin and Hesperidin?
Frank Murray: Yes.
Raena Morgan: How are they different and how are they the same, and are they used together?
Frank Murray: Well, there are probably thousands of Bioflavonoids, you mentioned two, Rutin is one that we’re familiar with. These 2 particular Bioflavonoids appear in Sweet Orange which is why it’s so valuable for dilating the blood vessels, letting more blood come through and also, obviously, strengthening the blood vessels. As we know, the capillaries are very fragile and so are the veins and when the blood is not flowing through the veins they collapse and maybe blood will eventually build up and cause a problem. So, those two Bioflavonoids, they appear together in the Sweet Orange, which is why that supplement is so important.
Raena Morgan: Are they in any way different?
Frank Murray: They’re just two different Bioflavonoids.
Raena Morgan: That work well together?
Frank Murray: That work together, yes.
Raena Morgan: And so, they affect our capillary health?
Frank Murray: Absolutely.
Raena Morgan: Are there other Bioflavonoids that do that?
Frank Murray: Well, there are but they’re not in Sweet Orange, as far as we know.
Raena Morgan: So, those are the main constituents?
Frank Murray: That’s correct.
Raena Morgan: Of Sweet Orange?
Frank Murray: Those 2 are the most prominent ones.
Raena Morgan: And the most effective?
Frank Murray: Yes. Yes.
Raena Morgan: All right. Thank you Frank.
