Today’s move is an African move and you want to get low. It is called earth and sky. We got the feet going. Take your time. It is called earth and sky because we are adding arms. Watch us ready tapping and tapping. We are looking up with it. Good. See if you can make it bigger.

Watch the kids, we are going down and up. Remember, you are the role model or your sisters and brothers and your friends, if they do not want to exercise, you have got to get them out there doing it. It is what it is all about, having friends to be fit and happy with. Earth and sky, looking good. Remember exercise everyday, and have fun with it. Looking good.
