Now, one of the questions I get asked a lot from friend and from some of you is I need a house plant you said to me, “Hey Dave, I need house plant or I need a plant for my office and I do not have a lot of light and I am really lousy at plants, what can I get?”
The ZZ plant; why do they call the ZZ plant? Because the Latin name is very long and very difficult to say so we call this the ZZ plant. And this plant is absolutely terrific.
I have one of these. I have it for several years. This plant is an interior on my house. It gets light from a filtered window that is over 10 feet away and it still does well.
I water it maybe once a month. Sometimes I forget about for even longer and this plant just cost you that. Notice how nice and shiny the leaves are, and that really does make it wonderful in any sort of corner of your office or home.
So if you are someone that is not have a lot of experience with house pants and you want to learn about that plant and you want something that you going to be able to tell?
Yes, you, you would not be able to kills this.
Get the ZZ plants.
It is a wonderful plant and there are pretty widely available. So there you go.
