Drinking can damage a person's liver, drinking can create stomach problems by causing damage to a person's intestinal lining for instance, drinking can exacerbate hypertension, drinking can cause changes in heart muscle and contribute to heart disease. Those are the some of the ways that drinking can cause physical damage. A person can know that their health is being affected by drinking. First of all in the most simple ways they don't feel well and they are experiencing physical problems that they may not have experienced before like stomach problems or lack of energy or having problems with sleep. Typically when a person is having sleeping problems and they are not sleeping well, they are getting up in the middle of the night. Some person's rest is being affected. Those are some of the ways that a person will know.
