The Fairing of the Kawasaki Concours
Male Speaker: And speaking of the Fairing, it does a wonderful job of deflecting wind, and rain, and whatever else might be on the road. On my previous motorcycle, it was, did not have a fairing, I was quite used to getting bugs right in the middle of my facemask, haven't had a single one with this motorcycle. In fact, I don't have many actually hit the wind shield which is if they get swept up and over.
Legs are pretty well protected, let's go on this side where the sun is illuminating, it has these deflectors here that can be reversed, currently they are set to blow wind inward towards your legs, for hot days. You can set them the other way for the winter, there is the other one. And I love the fairing, it works great for me. That's a positive aspect of motorcycle in my opinion, and I have no problem riding this bike in 40 degree weather, in fact, that's my threshold, I check the weather and if it's at least 40 degrees, I am ready to ride because this fairing keeps the cold off.
