So this is a twister variation, but also of a an Anaconda or the Triangle Body Lock. So, again I start to get this and we're looking for the leg position to always be on the upside alright. What I found was when the guy tries to turn his back down, if I hook this lower the leg, he can't turn all the way up into. So then what I'm looking for is being able to hit the finishing touches, the last three moves of the twister here. But instead of trying to crank from here I'm looking to get mount and then I just put the pressure here and that's really uncomfortable.
So again harness grip, lay him down on the side, look down for a Triangle Body Lock or Anaconda and instead of wrapping here, if you feel like maybe he's turning a little bit, I can't hit the choke. He's got two on one so I'm looking for the Triangle Body Lock and catching the foot in between. Now I need to make sure that it's nice and high or next to his groin. I don't want it down lower to or he can continue to kick or use his feet to work it off. I want to keep it next to his groin. So I'll clear the head and then it's the last three moves for finishing the twister and then I'll come to mount. I'm looking to kind of backstroke, hips in, and keep coming up and then I'm going to keep putting pressure into him.
Again, lay him on the side triangle body lock. Once I start getting here, two on one or I start missing it, I'm going to hook nice and deep in his groin. I'll let him get his back flat to the mat and the final three steps for getting the twister baseball control. Again, here if I have problems with his grip if he's holding on and I can get my arm inside, I'll use in the elbow to clear it. So, elbow to clear it, pass it back behind backstroke, come up, then I'm looking to cross face.
