Ma Bu (the horse stance) as presented here is WRONG - feet too far apart!!! must be shoulder / hip-waist distance. This is a crap way of teaching taijiquan!!! PPPPPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE , do not give taiji the stupid treatment given to yoga a few years back. These are deep, powerful, meaningful exercises and beyond, philosophies. Show respect and do not dilute into stupid little pseudo gym exercises and do not add all this garbage about 5 elements stupidness which shows you haven't got a clue!!!
