Flip-flop Card Change: Learn It
This effect is very easy, but requires a little practice. Have the spectator pick a card in any way, it does not matter.
Now have them put it back and control their card second to the top using outjogs, or false-cuts. It does not matter. Now flip over the top card, show it to them, show them it is normal. Now get a break under their card and square them up as one. Let us say their card is seven of A’s. Now hold the card like this with thumb and index fingers, on the hand without the deck. Now hold the card with thumb and index with the hand holding the pack. Have the card bend upward, like this. Release the corner on the thumb first letting the card spin around.
Now this may seem hard at first but after a little practice, you will soon master this amazing effect. Have a nice tight grip on the cards which helps keep them together, do not let them peel apart. This shows how vital tight a grip is.
Now just put the two cards down as one with the original card face down. Just peel their card from the top and hand it to them.
