The Great Divide Between the Seven Rivers of Healing

I am Susun Weed. I an herbalist and we're talking about the seven rivers of healing. You can check back and listen in a little bit about the first four rivers of healing and we're going to be talking about the last three rivers of healing, but in between there is a place that I call The Gap.

You see the first four rivers of healing are always going to maximize our health, they're always going to build health. They can also reverse disease and bring us back to health, but they're always going to make us healthier. And the last three rivers are very important and they can help us regain health, but they will always cause some harm to us.

So, it's important to remember the difference between the first four of the seven rivers of healing, and the last three of the seven rivers of healing.
