You know if I have to pick my favorite flower blooming plant, it will be the chrysanthemum and there is also two different chrysanthemums and this one is a very hardy chrysanthemum. This will take a couple of frost even a light freeze before it is done for the season. The color is absolutely fantastic, you know people come to my garden and they look at this and they think it is the middle of summer and actually it is actually the middle of October.
This particular variety is called Sheffield and the color is absolutely fantastic. It is this sort of samoni peach pink color. These are also great for bringing inside. I am coming this constantly for weeks on and until the plant stops blooming. And when you cut up flower like this you know you think about your vase, I have got a pretty big vase inside. So I want to go all the way down as far down as I can go and just cut this and I can bring this inside and what I will do is actually strip the bottom part of this plant of its leaves and its flowers.
And I will allow that; as I put this in the water it will not rot, so those leaves will not be underwater and then when I bring it inside let us give all of those snipping an angle just like that and I can put that in water and I can take a bunch of these. And this will go inside, this is going to go for one or maybe even two weeks depending on what I cut at least new blossoms will actually open up as well so this will look absolutely terrific.
You want this somewhere in the front of the garden because you definitely want to enjoy it and I actually have it outside the kitchen so I can be looking at this or I fall on and enjoying this beautiful color.
